What this demo shows
- The chat is fully scripted – no AI is running here, so nothing to go wrong and no running cost.
- It tells visitors up front that it is an automated assistant, not a person.
- It collects: job type, postcode area, how urgent it is, name and phone number.
- It never quotes prices or promises a time or availability. The tradesperson calls back and decides.
- The tradesperson gets the enquiry as a short email (and optionally a text), like the panel below.
